hello, My boyfriend and I are going through the estate of his deceased parents and came across a lot of coins they were keeping. One is a Tidy House 1887 Silver Dollar and then we also found a 1865 2 cent piece. Any help would be appreciated about these coins and grade and worth? Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.

Ouch, that Two Cent Piece is rough. Here's a link to info on the 1887 Morgan dollar though: http://www.PCGScoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/7172 Looks like a common date, worth about thirty bucks?
Rest in Peace

The silver dollar may be worth a bit more with the advertising cardboard than it would be on its own. People collect all sorts of things.....

The holed 2 cent piece might have been on a bracelet or key chain. It's interesting that it's been saved so maybe there is some sentimental attachment there.

Now I'm off to search Tidy House Products...

Found some more info.

There are some for sale on ebay now: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1884-O-Morg...m-Tidy-House

Do an advanced search for SOLD prices to get a real idea about what it's worth.

Hope that helps.
