its for sure a 1935. You can tell from the shape of the crown. It pops out a lot more. You can see what I mean if you search up 1935 and 1936 dollars on google. Nice worn piece

Is there any chance that that coin was "assisted" to get to that condition..? I see it, and I automatically think of a lapping/polishing machine and then into the pocket for the final years touch..

Quote: That coin had a lot of help from a sandblaster. I don't think so,..you can't sandblast smoothly enough or leave it flat enough for that effect. I feel that the rim should be a little different from what we're seeing here..but I for sure am not any kind of expert in lowballs..
