I'd say just MS64 if PCGS graded it! Nice subtle toning on the obverse!!

I would think MS-65, possibly MS-66, from those pictures.

There are some nasty hits on the cap that will knock it down to a 64, and the reverse is best left out of sight, because the spotty black toning with fingerprint is a severe detriment to the eye appeal of the coin as a whole.

PCGS probably said MS65. My personal grade would be MS64, with the hits to the cap, netted to MS63 (a point deduction for the reverse toning being particularly unattractive.)

looks like a few minor hits at 4 oclock on the obverse. should make MS65. I'm not partial to this type of toning so for me it doesn't have the eye appeal I look for.
