That character means "rich" or "wealth" in Chinese. I'm guessing that you have a gambling token, perhaps from Macau. Joseph7420 Bedrock of the Community Canada 11922 Posts	Posted 02/19/2017 8:19 pm That is a 1 tael coin from French IndoChina, made from 1943 to 1944. There were two types made: one that is 34.0 grams, and one that is 38.2 grams.
