The dime may be a weak strike, more it could be Struck Through Grease. I'm pretty sure the nickel has PMD.

Nickel has damage from a coin roller. I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to on the dime.

with Druu, There have been a few nickels on here with that damage, although it was on the reverse of the others. strange it seems to be only on nickels

to the forum. Both coins seem to have incused marks on them, rather than raised. Usually incused marks mean something happened to a coin after it was struck. Better luck on the next one.

The nickel was caught in a coin counting machine, thus the circular impressions. It was adjusted to count something a bit thinner. I have seen many of them, especially the 1964's.

The nickel looks like it might have been hit with a 22 shell casing on the obverse with a hammer, leaving the rings.

Coop, a 22 case is brass. I don't think it would indent nickel. Looks like instead of coin roller, Gumball Machine Damage. O and

I don't remember seeing a 5c vending machine. But on the vending machines they usually damage of the outer part of the coin.
