Not sure what causes the streaks but there's a bunch of them. Are the marks considered "Die streaks" ?

On the outside of the shield, those lines are Feeder Finger Damage.

Thank you Coop. Looks like the mint needs to do a little adjustment. Finding a bunch and looks like there on different dies.

In the link coop says it is die polishing,not feeder fingers or die gouges. On my coin the "lines" go through the back of the shield and you can see them between the shield gaps.

This is a pic of another one. Whatever it is goes over the shield on these as well.(the darker marks) Found 50 or 60 so far. Haven't took the time yet to see if all are on the same die.
