the picture is small. Can you get one closer, and you can use the CCF Free Image Optimizer to eliminate the blank space around the coin, so the coin image can be larger.

Do YOU see the A or 4 right above the date in the photos you posted?

All I see is a band of glare from reflected light right above the date.

Yeah, we're going to need much better pictures. Are you using a phone to take the pictures? Like an iPhone, maybe? If so, get a large, tall drinking glass to use as a stable platform to rest part of the phone on, then make sure the camera is pointed down, over the side. Place the coin so it is in the viewfinder and try to zoom in, making the coin appear larger.

Move your lightsource away from the coin a little to reduce glare. If you're using something to brace the camera, you can get away with longer exposures. Let the autofocus do its thing and "click" with your spare finger. It might take a little practice, but you'll get more useful photos.

Ok, good pointers I don't have an IPhone however the tablet might work . I shall make another attempt at this .
