Looks like it is a straight clip. The outer edge is the edge of the stock material's edge. (irregular not cut) There is a very slight Blakesleys' affect. Just a slight distortion on the rim top.

I'm not sure that that can be determined from these photos. Even small curved clips (made with a blanking die) will sometimes appear to be straight.

The edge would tell us more? If they were cut or uneven from the edge of the stock.
