1999-P Lincoln Cent With Groove - Planchet Issue Or PSD?

aristarchus123 Pillar of the Community United States 1696 Posts	Posted 03/10/2017 7:25 pm I found this 1999-P coin in a bank roll and there is a long groove on the reverse above the word "States." It seem like an odd place to receive PSD. Is this an extremely minor planchet error? Report this Post to the Staff
