Got this off ebay. Bonus was the die rotation wasn't listed. Need to soak reverse in verdicare, should come out nicely.   showing rotation

 That rim bump at 9 o clock on the reverse is just enough to warrent a details grade. Still, a really nice coin!

I think that the little lumps on the obverse are die breaks or "cuds," but the one on the reverse is post mint damage.

 with a VF details due to the rim bump. Rotation in 1864 is not at all uncommon, though people selling them on ebay sure seem to think they are worth a fortune! LOL. The Rim Cuds are neato - at least to me!
