Pictures somewhat dark, but looks high VF if the WE is showing or maybe a light strike, could go to EF, any way, nice.

VF35 might make 40 but the color does not seem right. it may be from improper storage of the coin rather than a cleaning, however that would still qualify as environmental damage and result in a details designation

VF30+ maybe even a EF40 but that color, either hiding some wear or cleaning maybe? Not original color. The strike is fairly weak to begin with the leaves on the left side of the obverse show that, the "WE" maybe due to the strike or wear IMO.

In the coins defense, I tried to sharpen the contrast to bring out the we, when I did that that color changed, darker in the darker areas lighter in the light areas, the base color is closer to chocolate. I mainly wanted an idea of the details.

VF-25. E in WE is gone, W weak, leaves flat. This is wear and not strike.
