id say 63 if those marks in front of the nose are on the coin.

PCGS gave this one a MS64BN. The price difference between an MS64 and an MS65 is a lot - almost double. PCGS price guide shows $500 vs $1000. Do you all think this would be worth sending it to be reconsidered?

Sorry to disappoint but I think your numbers are off. MS65BNs sell for about $550-600. MS64BNs for about $350-400. I don't think this example would make 65bn, and even if it did, it would not sell in the 550-600 range due to discoloration and surface flaws. There are examples in 65bn with CAC stickers and no problems selling below 600. These common, late-date large cents didn't circulate extensively and there are many gem examples available for purchase.
IMHO, if you coin were to grade rb or rd, the premium would skyrocket. Unfortunately I don't see this coin getting upgraded in color either.

Not too disappointing, I was just wondering, and going by the PCGS price guide (which is often much higher than it actually goes for). I'm still happy with the coin, definitely.
