Yes,, found the PCGS photo grade. I was thinking VF-20. But I've been at this about a week, so thought I'd check with you guys.
The PCGS price guide list F12 then EF40 big jump in between there. I will definitely send this one in.

 You can select the grades 1-20 or 25-60 tabs on the PCGS price guide to see all individual grade valuations. The 1903-S "micro S" shows a value of $600 in VF-20. You may have to pay extra to get the proper variety attribution on the slab; make sure you get proper calculation for the total fee. Good luck, and please share how the submission turns out!

It's a VF25. You can see all the feather in the left upper wing and more than 2/3 of the hair details on Liberty's forehead.
