Found this coin roll hunting. Coming right off the 'I' in AMERICA the corner flare OF THE BUILDING looks completly different than other 62 D coins even the mirror corner on the same coin looks way different. I would love some input from anybody, Please! Thanks!

Not a doubled die.

Probably a little die chip.

Cool thank you! I figured it wasn't a doubled die. Would this be considered very common?

It would not be very valuable, probably no more than Twenty Cents, but still a neat circulation find!
Rest in Peace

They are reasonably common, I believe.

After a die has been in use, it will deteriorate and chips and cracks appear on the die. Those show up as raised bumps and lines on the coin. So it's possible the die that made that coin made another 10,000 coins before it got replaced.

It's a die state, not an error.

Personally, I think they are fun to find -- and I like to make up silly names for them. In the end, your cent is still worth one cent.

I do see them for sale on the bay for more. I don't know who buys them. If you look long enough, you'll find plenty.

I'm honestly satisfied with the fact that this coin pushed me to do quite a bit of research regarding coin errors. Thanks for the clarification to all who responded, my apologies for the misidentified error coin.
