What grade do you think this is? What is the blue on the observe, is that toning? I know the word "GOD" is stronger on the 1926-D's but I thought it especially stood out on this one.

There's a telltale green tint on both sides. If it's on the coin you have PVC contamination.

I thought maybe it was under graded since it's in an early NGC holder and has outstanding luster and originality. Doesn't look like it's ever been dipped to me. The blue must have just been a reflection or something because I don't see it in hand.. so no PVC damage here.
