They are "cash" coins from China. The second image identifies the ruler, in this case Emperor Gao Zong, 1736-1795. The first image is upside down and identifies the mint, in this case Jiangsu.
Genuine examples are excessively common and worth only a few cents each, but yours looks like either a contemporary counterfeit or a quasi-official imitation from southeast Asia. The extremely rough look is usually a sign of the bronze being "cut" by adding a significant amount of iron or other metals.
