Found this coin. Not sure if it is a mint product or an altered coin. It is the proper size and weight.

Germany---1924-D-50-Rentenpfennig-Double-Strike

Extraordinary error. Not an intentional alteration in my opinion but a beautiful mint error.

Congratulations on this find. The coin itself would be a better type already but that error makes it even more scarce.
