Too much high point wear, AU55 tops and I would be afraid that even restored, there will be two-toning under that crud, no way around it been on too long.

AU55 details, this one was also improperly cleaned by being dipped way too long and then not rinsed, completely ruining the coin. I'd toss it into the melt bucket and move on since it's not a scarce VAM.
