My impression is that this was struck on a flawed flan (lamination issue). I wouldn't imagine there'd be any significant premium even if that's so (as opposed to post mint damage) but I thought it interesting enough to post for any concurring or dissident opinions.

nice large (de)lamination.

depending on rev, and a touch of verdi-gone on the patch in front of the queens brow I think you would see a decent premium.
