Here is the 1874 With Arrows Half Dollar that is in my type set. Would care to grade it? I'll follow up with the grade and a commentary after you have taken a crack at it.

I personally don't do GTG.
What chance do I (and advanced amateur looking at a picture) have against a pro with the coin in hand.
BUT
That said, I like the coin.
I have a full set of "arrows at date" SL coins, all face values/all dates/all mint marks.
Not surprisingly most of my CC coins are low grades except for the half dollars.

i just dread grading Bill's coins. I doubt I got a handful right. I always tend to overgrade them. my first thought was MS66 but I'm going with 65 just because

PCGS graded this piece MS-63. I liked the eye appeal of this coin when I bought it although I knew it had been dipped. When I posted it on the PCGS blog I got a lot of negative comments because it has been dipped. Such is the market these days.

With some of these people there is no pleasing them. Some silver coins are dipped because they have unattractive or destructive toning. The purists will not buy them "as is," and yet condemn the coin after it has been dipped.

I have to admit that the 1873-4 With Arrows silver coins are among my least favorite types. They are scarce and expensive, and the story behind them is not that interesting. The weights for the dime, quarter and half dollar were slightly increased to bring them up to an even Metric System amount.

During this people the world's politicians were kicking around ideas about international coinages that circulate globally, not just within their respective countries. The most interesting these proposals from the United States was the Stella or Four Dollar Gold Piece. That resulted in those beautiful and expensive patterns which were made in other metals in addition to gold. A few months ago a dealer I know well had a few of them in gold plated copper.
