It's a high end AU or a Brown Unc. The picture is too small to tell.

Hard to see any detail on the horizontal shield lines and toning looks a bit wonky on the reverse. XF40, unless we can see more detail than these pictures provide.

From these tiny photos I'd guess EF40-AU55 range, we need much larger sized photos to grade from please.
