Got this sexy lady today. What do you think it would grade. It looks cameo and PL but I also am always wrong so what's your thoughts! Thanks

AU details - cleaned. Looks overdipped. The coin does not seem to have any mint luster nor any cartwheel light reflection.

I will take better pics cause this coin is way better than the pics do it justice. I do not believe this coin has been cleaned.

Please post better pics if you can. To me, this appears to have at least some rub on the hair and eagle's breast despite weak strike. Open to different opinions.

Appreciate it coinfrog. you are a tough grader but always shoot me strait and don't sugar coat anything. I am truly learning and hope I am getting better with my purchases. Thank you everyone for your feedback.

It is particularly difficult to grade a weak strike from pics. I'll stick with a high-AU grade, but not with an especially high degree of confidence.

Unfortunately still don't see any luster. Surfaces look cleaned/polished.

Jbedwell, yes -- it's shiny, but shine alone does not determine a coin's grade. In the strictest sense, a coin's grade should be determined by the amount of wear on the design. Whiteness or toning should have no effect on the grade (although people do take "eye appeal" into account). This coin is shiny and has white surfaces, but it lacks mint luster, which is causing people to say the coin would get a details grade for a cleaning. (I agree with this assessment.) Here's a link that may be useful to you: https://www.PCGS.com/Photograde/#/Morgan/Grades. You can compare your coin to the ones there. Your obverse looks most like the AU55 obverse there. Note the wear on the patch of hair slightly overlapping the ear? Comparing your coin's reverse to PCGS photograde, the wear on the eagle's breast would slot it between AU55 and AU58 for me. Obviously, I'm less experienced that the people chiming in above me, so go with what they say. [edit] JB, can you send me an email or enable PMs? Thanks!
