Yes textbook VG-10 but would not be shocked if they graded it F-12. I believe the reverse strike suffers from a Grease Filled Die.

I imagine that PCGS graded as a Fine-12, but my grade would be VG-8.

VG8 for me, I won't deign to honor coins without fully visible LIBERTY with anything higher than a VG10.

Pretty much all got it or were close. I fully agree with the VG10. It's got decent feather detail and the tops of most of Liberty is visible. There are only two known reverse dies for this variety. This is the much rarer of the two, the S1a. Snow states that Grease Filled Dies was a common problem for this variety, typically on the reverse, which is what is going on with this coin. That was the main reason for the grading challenge. Thanks for participating
