I'm not a VAM expert, but you appear to have a mint mark variety, set right tilted left. As described in the Morgan Encyclopedia, page 240.

Grade wise, I could see MS65 or better . .

64, not quite PL in my opinion, but on the way there.
Hard to get dollar sized coins with so few marks in the fields.

Circumferential die cracks on the obverse help to make it more interesting.
