Seller insists the coin I received is the one in his listing. I told him I would let you all decide... The coin in the listing... The coin I received... Oregon coin geek.....*** GO BEAVS ! ! ! ***

From the picture I would say its not the same coin, it is missing the beads around the neck area. Unless its your picture not showing it?

Sure looks different to me. I don't see the denticles on the obv of the coin you received.

I didn't even have to look closely. The hair/ribbon parts show completely different degrees of wear.

Not the same coin. The denticles are gone on the one you received, but present on the sellers' photo. Seller, if you're reading this, we all make mistakes, (I hope this was a mistake), but you need to fix them when they happen.

I made a side-by-side of your photos 52Raymo:

I believe it is a different coin. Denticles, are beads as mentioned above. Look at the gap between the first 1 in the date and the bottom of the profile.

Missing denticles, no details around the ribbon. Different coin.

As mentioned above, denticles make it perfectly clear that these are different coins.

Definitely not! Your coin is rotated 90 degrees! Okay, done being facetious -- in addition to everything everyone else pointed out, the first thing I noticed was the detail in the feather shafts. Not the same. No big reveal so we can avoid the seller?

He's upset that I would accuse him of sending a different coin. He doesn't see a difference but he's willing to give a full refund and return shipping. He's even seen the pics.

So at least he's not trying to screw you over. Probably just a mistake, and he's in denial.
