Can you post pics? It seems you have a "binary" note. I'm not sure of any value above face. I predict not much, if any. Although, this is not my specific area of interest.

Neat find. I don't know if it will have any extra value, but neat find nonetheless.

@maxoubali, first welcome to CCF. Second, you are correct that in Chinese culture the number eight is considered lucky. I would guess that your note would be worth considerably more to someone from China than someone from the US so I'm not sure that you will get an accurate answer here. As you might expect, the vast majority of CCF members (including myself) live in the US and have that perspective.

If the Chinese need a $100 bill with 8's on it, they'll just print one themselves. I'm not so sure an authentic anything carries a premium in China.

Pics are always a good idea, because the series, denomination and condition of a note can make a difference. to the CCF!

[quite[If the Chinese need a $100 bill with 8's on it, they'll just print one themselves.[/quote] That is irony for you! 1. The US government also does the same when they need one - they simply print more. 2. Neither the Chinese or the American bill are technically worth more than the paper they are printed on. 3. Only the Chinese are seen as performing a criminal activity! "I never will understand humans!" ... Spock
