So I came across this in a roll today, and was very surprised when I noticed it had full steps. The coin itself is in great condition (the pictures look pretty bad, sorry I'm still working out the kinks there), better even then some of the 2017s I come across. If I need to get some better images let me know and Ill give it a shot, but I'm curious what this would grade in at?

Looks kinda like an impaired proof (?)

Steps look good. If it wasn't for the rims I'd say that was a proof coin.

Undoubtably proof. Otherwise, this would be one of the finest I've ever seen.
Even MS65 examples dont have that sharp of steps.
This particular date, is one of the toughest to aquire with steps of
any kind.

Have to throw my hat in the ring with the impaired proof crew. The first thing I thought before reading the rest of the posts was how the fields reminded me of being mirror-like.

Agree with impaired proof. Full steps, which is normal for proof.

As I mentioned in the CRH forum, I believe this is a proof. Quote: ahh I wasn't expecting that without the mint mark xD. Thanks everyone! Proofs were minted in Philadelphia until 1964 and started being minted in San Francisco in 1968.
