Wished it was much better than how it looks now....The date is I think 1918. At first I though 1810. Still a good find and it goes in collection book.

Yes, bought a box of pennies from the bank today. Found about 12 other wheat pennies and copper and this one.

Very cool, 1918 is the oldest I've ever found as well. Blew up the shot, your right could be 1918, 10 or even 38 (with the blow up) still it is cool that we can still find these CRHing.

I think KittenLove means the same thing I do. My rule anyway is I have to find a Lincoln Cent I want/need in the wild first; then if it is not good enough to hold on to I go buy the upgrade.

The zero on a 1910 is quite large, freakishly large, so yours is most assuredly not a 1910.
