65 but the face and area around the ear has some dull toning which makes liberty's face and the central focal point unattractive. It is especially apparent in contrast to the brilliant obverse fields. Not the 65 I would pick out of an array of gem common date '81Ss.

I think it will be more like MS63 due to some type of substance (dirt?) on Obv.
Also, the Rev has couple rim dings at 1 o'clock and 9 o'click along with couple nicks.

I will say that this coin has absolutely no shot at PL. The surfaces are semi-PL at best. That's my unbiased in-hand opinion
