1996-P 25c How Would You Grade This One?

I don't see many clad quarters of the '96 variety up for grading but I'll take a stab and say MS64. There are some horizontal scratches on the reverse, spread fairly evenly on the high spots. The obverse (design = F for the hi-def hair ) is pretty clean with either a few tiny marks or lint specks. Thinking of submitting or just curious? Report this Post to the Staff
