Can't tell. But you're looking in the right spot. Unlike John1, I'll sit back with a cup of coffee and wait for others to reply. Wish there was an emoji for a cup of coffee. :(
Rest in Peace

Long answer: this is VLDS, very late die stage. As dies wear out, metal is moved outwards on the die, forcing the details to move as well. With repeated polishings, the face and outside diameter are ground down. This allows die to fit in holder. The depth of devices on the die become shallow, devices become larger, even bust. Even at VLDS, coins are still subjected to MD, note 2 in date.

I agree this die has been polished pretty good. Probably to remove die clash marks. The mid devices meaning back end of liberty, Lincoln's face and neck are showing heavy die polishing.

The other devices in liberty are bolder, but can't make out doubling in the current images. Thanks, Doug.

Definitely seeing the Over polished dies as mentioned earlier in this post. Die Deterioration Doubling on the devices will usually run towards the rim, and this one though not as severe as others I have seen, does show some of that especially on the date.
