The twist is I'm giving it AU 58 details.
MS 62 if a "details" can be graded as such.
I just don't know if that is possible.

Mishandled, but you still might get a low-grade Unc out of this.

A coin can be both MS and have a Details grade, but even so, I am thinking AU-58 Details on this one.

I'd go AU on this with old beginnings of PVC or environmental damage... it's been circulated. Don't know about the scratches or dings but definitely needs a "details" remark.
