A hard-to-find coin, but it's Vg-8 at best and has led a hard life. Congrats on the find, but don't pay to have it cert'd. Since you tend to post fairly regularly about grading, I would suggest that you buy the Charlton grading guidebook, or go to one of the coin sites that have a grading reference page/section like CoinsAndCanada. It is impossible to get with 20 points of most circulated old coins (unless severe) from a computer photo .. you must se it in hand and within 8-10 points for something approaching Uncirc, especially if taken through a holder of any sort. I would suggest dedicated study on your own and then "You'll" be able to answer everyone else's questions.
