Arkie, in order to identify a particular die pair of the 1859's, we need good clear photos of the full obverse and reverse, and it is helpful if the coin is free of crud filling up the details.
There are die markers all over the coin. Date, die cracks through leaves and letters, leaf stems and vine loops on the reverse, repunched letters, etc.
You should visit Dr. Haxby's site about the 1859's and see if you can identify it yourself, since you have the coin in hand and can check it out from all angles.
The last photo you posted seems to show a stem on leaves 8 and 10. If it actually is a stem on leaf 8 and not a bit of crud showing up in the photo, then you could compare this reverse with all of the group K reverses and probably figure out which coin you have. It takes a little work, but you will learn in the process what to look for in the 1859's.
Dr. Haxby's site is:
www.vickycents.com It isn't nearly as difficult as it may sound. Even though there are 221 possible reverse dies known, if this is from the reverse K group, that would eliminate all but 6 possible reverse dies.
I wish more people would try out the site to identify their 1859's. It is fun and educational!
