Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 07/29/2017 9:50 pm to the family ladyAZ! That could well be a late die state strike since as dies wear our they expand, making the letters arrear ballooned. In this case because of the location, I think the letters IN have become both smashed then worn down most likely from the crimping spinner of a coin roll sealer. Report this Post to the Staff
