I came across these 4 today. I looked up 50's on ebay to see what they might sale for. The quad 6's I came up with nothing. The triple 7's sold for 27 dollars more then face value (with shipping).. Star notes going for $15 more then face value? Not sure if they would be something people are interested in. The triple 777 is a 2009 and the rest are 2013. If you have any thoughts on these, please let me know. Thank you! Hope this is ok to post this here. ;) Edited by PilcrowsCoins 08/03/2017 9:54 pm

They would be spenders for me too since they are all lightly circulated and no real big deal on the serial numbers in my opinion. Fifty bucks is a lot of money to tie up in a minor curiosity. Of course, you could save them for a rainy day.

Haven't find any 50 dollar star note yet in the wild for me, looking just to add it in my wild star notes.

3 of them are definitely spenders. Condition drags down any collector value for those seeking 7's and 6's. Any margin you might make on ebay would be eaten up by fees. The star is in pretty good condition and I would personally be tempted to keep that one, though it's from a run of 3.2M, so; not particularly rare and still probably a spender. As a side note, that "new" $50 is a cool design in my opinion. Best-looking note of the moderns. Nice finds but put that money towards something in better shape. and to CCF!

Thanks for the feedback guys, I appreciate it! I'll hold on to the $50 star note for a bit. It looks to be in really good condition, one crease down the middle and the upper left corner is slightly bent. But the rest seems to be in good shape.

I tend to agree with CK, the $50 note is my favorite among the moderns.
Personally and respectfully, because of condition, I would not spend anything above face to own these and only keep the star until an uncirculated example was found. The 2013 MA* or MK* $50 will probably end up being the key star note for the series.
