Today me and my dad were out metal detecting at my local school and found an amazing find! it was a 1918-p in almost uncirculated condition. We also found a few other pennies,dimes and quarters, but nothing older than 1960.

Hey Dad! It is great that you and the boy get out and do these things together. He is lucky and so are you. Someday these will be the "Good old days" so make the best of it. And now back to our show.

   I think he was a bit overzealous with the AU but at least he is learning. I didn't try to clean any more until I can fig out how to do so w/o damaging it, who knows how long its been in the ground. The best part is the way his face lit up when he saw it!
