Not genuine. It's just too modern.

Could you elaborate on "too modern"?

I realize it is a rare/scarce issue, but do you see markers that ID it as a copy?

From the few pictures of graded examples I've seen it looks ok to me. But since it was found in a bulk lot I have to do wonder.

It's definitely not ok. The overall font style is just wrong and the patina is typical of modern fakes.

Based on a few pictures I found online, I agree with gxseries. The lettering is thicker, the serifs are a bit off, and the patina looks artificial, like how they "antique" brass doorknobs.
