What do you think? It runs from the top of the wing through the R I in America maybe the top of C. Also appears to be raised as if extruded in to the crack.

The quarter looks like it has a tiny die crack.

The cent looks damaged.

Either damage or a RIDB. Can you get a closer image of the area on the LC ?

No extra value on that Quarter do to the crack being too small. I think that Wheat cent is a RIDB.
