Your coin is a common circulation business strike Philadelphia minted coin. They were purposely issued without a mint mark.
There were a few Proof strike coins from the San Francisco mint that were struck with a die that did not have the "S" mintmark punched into the die. Those coins were only issued in proof sets. Those few issued proof coins without a mintmark are very rare. Similar incidents have occurred over the following years.
