I respectfully disagree Conder. To me it definitely looks like part of the eagle's wing, the obverse die has been polished a lot, suffers from Die Deterioration, and was double struck. I'm not convinced the reverse die was the one that hit it. I will be posting more pics, maybe they'll tell us more. Thanks

If the fields had been polished enough to remove a clash that heavy the fields would be smooth and there would be thinning of the obv lettering, separation of the letters from the hair and other signs. I agree this die has undergone serious die wear and I believe that is what you are seeing the die wear and subsequent flowlines are resembling the wing feathers. All I am seeing on this coin is die wear.

You make some strong points Conder. I have reconsidered, and I agree it's serious wear on the die. Thanks for your time and making me think more.
Thanks to everyone. Chase, thanks to you too, maybe some minor clash marks at the neck, but without the wing, it kills it for me.
