I'm stumped so far on finding this. It looks more modern but, a pic of the other side may help a bit.

That is more than likely a token from the Amersfoort Swimming and Polo Club (something in the Netherlands), but I cannot seem to find any pictures of a token like this. The token does look just like that club's logo though.

It is in fact a medal from that swimming club. We need to see the other side to see what's it about.

Just being curious here on how it ended up in Canada. I know there are many Dutch who emigrated there, but still... there might be a nice story to it.

I suspect it is a "third place" medal. The coat of arms on the back is definitely those of the Netherlands.
