Not sure what this is or where it's from looks like an ancient coin was listed as an ancient coin but can't find any information about it any help is greatly appreciated

how come coins end up like that like damaged , for example rounded?

Please use the CCF Free Image Optimizer to help crop your images, then the actual coin can show larger
