Could anyone help me to know what coin / medal / token that is?
It is silver, 20 mm of diameter and 4, 6 gr of weight.

Hmm... I am not sure on this one. For the country, I would think either Afghanistan or Iran, but that is as far as I have gotten. Because of the weight and diameter, it would probably be a 1 Abbasi piece if it is from Iran, or a 1/2 rupee if it is from Afghanistan. I cannot see a date on your coin, so that was probably struck off-flan, which is unfortunate. But either way, I am pretty sure the first picture is upside-down.

Now, out of those two countries, I am leaning more towards Afghanistan. If you take a look at this 1 rupee piece, the legend in the first picture resembles the legend in your first picture (if you rotate it first).

Unless, of course, I am completely wrong. In which case, I hope someone else will come along and correct me.

I believe it's a 1 Abbasi from Iran
