hi good day I am new here ,i am not a collector,but a hunter,.and like find new coins with errors ,
ok ,my english its bad but I can read perfect .sorry for that.
my post is about a few coins I have found in the last months,.this in particular its about a 1985 Lincoln Penny that looks like if lincoln is shoot from the neck trough the mouth or speared ,the error have the impression of direction of shoot from back to front .if interest I will post some pictures for you.

to CCF. Photos would be great. Sounds like a linear plating bubble. No added value.But need pics to be sure.

The 1983 coins forward (some of the 1982 cents were copper, some were zinc) were zinc plated with a copper plating. Sometimes gas happens under the plating and leaves raised areas on the plating. So what your example is called is Linear plating bubble:
