Not sure about Lam issue.it looks more like a environmental issue,corroded and cleaned!

It helps to see both sides of the coin. Then it's easier to see if it is a lamination problem, or damage.

Or someone may have added a drop of acid on it? If the coin was BU we probably could tell more about it for sure. Circulation has a way of masking things.

Looks like PMD to me as well rather than a lam.
