So after I was given a Mercury dime as change, I have been reading as many topics and posts as I can. So my brother-in-law gave me a hutch and it has hundreds and hundreds of pennies in it. So I have been going through them and came across this one... Photos of the entire reverse would allow observation on the three diagnostics .... but it is clear with what you have shown.
