You usually need to find a pretty new collector to buy that kind of coin, unless it's dirt cheap. I would pay double bullion myself and toss it in my silver chest.

Can't argue. This would calm down over a period of time under the right conditions, but it's still just a common date and probably not worth the effort.

At most I would pay $4 at current silver price and in reality I wouldn't pay more than $3.25.
