64+. I don't like the marks in front of the chin and mouth in the obverse fields and there is a slight disturbance under the left wing of the eagle on the reverse. The frost break in reverse doesn't concern me as much, but the obverse marks, four at least, precludes it from being gem in my opinion. A nice choice UNC for me.
Also the reverse strike is much better than the obverse. Liberty's hair above brow looks softly struck and all the stars aren't struck up fully. All other things being equal, I would prefer a reverse that has the lesser strike.

 Its well worth a 65. The toning doesn't help, but it's not disgusting. Keep in mind there are usually only two types of buyers for this coin. For high end type sets, and the very few buyers looking to complete a set.

Agree with a solid 65, with so-so toning. It doesn't bother me, but that near terminal peripheral toning may discourage some buyers.

My first thought was MS-64 but could see it in a 65 holder. I like toning like this as to me it shows originality and not being over dipped.
