i hard about silver edgeing on 1965 quartars dimes as well a 1964d dime made with zinic here the quartars

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. The dates shown don't completely match what you said..

Anyhow, they look like normal clad quarters to me, not silver. I've never heard of a dime made of zinc.

When these first came out in 1965 they were nicknamed "sandwich coins" at least I remember hearing it on the news or in the newspaper. We were all so excited to see the new coins, not caring much about silver going away.
With a layer of copper showing in the middle when you look at the edge it looks like a sandwich with the meat in the middle when you cut a sandwich in half.
Now sometimes you will see that it is not centered looking at the edges, which is not an error nor unusual. They have been this way ever since ( with the exceptions of the 40% half dollars in the 60's ) and the special silver proof coins.

@dookie, those quarters look spendable to me--nothing beyond the 25 cents face value.
